Beijing Aeronautical Manufacturing Technology Research Institute (BAMTRI) under China Aviation Industry Corporation I was established in July, 1957.

It is a sole and comprehensive research institute for conducting research and develop work on aeronautical manufacturing technologies and equipment.

Since the foundation of BAMTRI, BAMTRI has offered a large number of advanced manufacturing technologies and equipments for the development of new type aircraft, aeroengines, and technical renovations to aircraft manufacturers.
